Refund & Return Policy – StreetBeam™

At StreetBeam™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• To start a return, email us at streetbeam5231@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email if your refund is approved.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus a 20% restocking fee.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at streetbeam5231@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom products, special orders, or items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

• Used or installed products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
